of Salvation

How does one become a simple Christian?

An account of obedience to God’s Plan of Salvation is found at the beginning of the Church in Acts 2:37-42.

After Hearing the gospel preached, they Believed and formed Faith and asked What Must We Do?

The Apostle Peter in Acts 2:38 said to them: Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit”

Those who obeyed the command to Repent and be baptized responded in (vv.41)

“Then those who gladly received his word were baptized and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.”

They continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and Fellowship Acts 2:42
